Boldyn Networks (Boldyn), a world’s leader in private networks and shared communications infrastructure, and Apeiroon, an innovator in private 5G mobile network modules, announce a collaboration to accelerate the adoption of compact, high-performance 5G connectivity across critical industries. 

This collaboration, focused on defence, public safety, industrial, and critical infrastructure sectors, aims to enable Boldyn to integrate Apeiroon’s modular ‘Roadwave’ all-in-one 5G network solutions into a wide range of deployments across Europe. These portable modules, designed to deliver seamless, mission-critical connectivity for vehicles, aircraft, tactical units, and remote infrastructure, equip Boldyn’s customers with rapidly deployable, secure, and flexible 5G capabilities. They can also play a key role in enhancing Boldyn’s ‘Private 5G as a Service’ offering, enabling tailored, high-performance connectivity solutions that can be quickly deployed and scaled to meet the unique demands of each customer environment.

Through this partnership, Boldyn Networks and Apeiroon will: 

• Embed Apeiroon’s cutting-edge Roadwave 5G modules into Boldyn’s infrastructure initiatives - powering smart cities, emergency services, transport systems, and defence operations with seamless, high-speed connectivity. 

• Transform communications - by integrating Apeiroon’s rugged, vehicle- and backpack-ready 5G units into Boldyn’s projects - enhancing mobility, resilience, and real-time coordination. 

• Accelerate 5G rollouts - by combining Boldyn’s ‘Private 5G as a Service’ platform with Apeiroon’s pre-integrated software-hardware 5G stack - delivering scalable, secure, and mission-ready solutions.  

• Co-create operational solutions tailored for mobile command centres, emergency response fleets, and field-deployed units - ensuring reliable communication in the most demanding environments.  

• Enable localised innovation through joint technical workshops - supporting country-specific customisation, IoT integration, and the advancement of smart city ecosystems.

As part of the initial phase, Apeiroon modules will be trialled within select Boldyn engagements across public safety and defense corridors, including cross-border exercises and secure communication zones.
